Golovchenko: time for dictate of regional currencies is coming

“There is now an interesting historical period: time for the dictate of regional currencies is coming. The Dollar hegemony is losing firm ground, and this cannot but unnerve the United States. However, this process is irreversible,” Roman Golovchenko said.

According to Belarus’ Prime Minister, strong economies are now experiencing a golden time for their regional currencies to play an increasingly important role in international settlements.

“We make settlements with Russia in Russian Roubles, while using Dollars, Euros and other currencies with other counterparties. Payments in Yuans are gaining momentum,” he noted.
