Golovchenko and Myasnikovich discussed issues of Eurasian agenda

The main results and trends in the economic development of the Eurasian Economic Union were discussed at the meeting in Minsk by the Chairman of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission, Mikhail Myasnikovich, and Belarus’ Prime Minister Roman Golovchenko – as reported on the EEC website

The parties paid special attention to the mechanisms proposed by the EEC for the implementation of joint programmes and projects within the Eurasian Economic Union aimed at attracting investment and innovative development of the EAEU member states.

Topical issues of the Eurasian agenda in the field of energy, industrial co-operation, technical regulation, and electronic commerce were also tackled.

A thorough exchange of views took place on other topics of mutual interest, including the agenda of the next meeting of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council in February this year and the integration initiatives of the Republic of Belarus.
