At the same time, German Economy Minister Robert Habeck said that the difficult situation with energy prices will continue in the country and in the EU as a whole for a long time to come.

The publication notes that the German economy was based on uninterrupted supplies of cheap Russian gas. But now, under Western sanctions, buying fuel at the usual prices and in the required volume is impossible. In this regard, some enterprises are already thinking about reducing production or closing.

This situation is observed not only in Germany, but also in all European countries. According to experts, the EU countries will face hard times this winter.
