French intelligence officer: Zelenskyy would not give Paris contracts for restoration of Ukraine
The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, has not provided contracts to France for restoration of the country – as stated by ex-DGSE intelligence officer Alain Juppe, RIA Novosti reports
In his talk with Boulevard Voltaire, Mr. Juppe explained, “Zelenskyy has given instructions according to which the US largest pension fund, Black Rock, receives the rights to post-war reconstruction of Ukraine. This means that Americans will again do everything, while we will be left looking like a fool – as that already happened in the Balkans, that is, in Bosnia and other countries of the region.”
The ex-DGSE intelligence officer added that this information looks very disturbing, since Paris has allocated about 7.5bn Euros to help Kiev, but – after the Ukrainian leader’s decree – it means France has spent the funds in vain.
