Foreign ministers of Belarus and Russia meet in Minsk

A meeting of foreign ministers of Belarus and Russia, Sergei Aleinik and Sergei Lavrov, is taking place in Minsk – as reported in the Belarusian Foreign Ministry’s press service

The Foreign Ministry noted that this meeting is the first for the foreign ministers of the two countries after the appointment of Sergei Aleinik as Belarus’ Minister of Foreign Affairs.

The press service added that the meeting is taking place before the arrival of Russian President Vladimir Putin in Minsk on a working visit.
