Food industry to unite in corporation

A state corporation of food industry is likely to start operation in 2022 – as informed by Anatoly Buben, the Chairman of Belgospishcheprom Concern

“The work on the creation of the corporation is underway and I believe this will be a step forward. The Head of State has supported this issue, instructing to calculate its economic feasibility and assess how the state would benefit from such a decision. The corporation will enable us to consolidate our efforts and jointly achieve higher profitability. In addition, this will make it possible to open large representative offices in different regions of the world, including in China where we cannot yet open a general representation,” the official explained.

According to Mr. Buben, the new organisation will enable its participants to more efficiently compete in the alcohol and confectionery markets.
