The Finnish government has previously expressed concern about rising energy prices. In this regard, it was decided to launch an energy saving campaign. The country’s authorities plan to force at least 95 percent of Finnish households to save energy.

“Energy consumption should be reduced, especially during peak hours, that is, on weekdays, from 8 to 10am and from 4 to 8pm,” the Finnish government said in a statement.

Residents of Finland are urged to low room temperature and to start saving hot water.

Earlier, there was information in the media that Finland is threatened by a massive power outage.
