Expert named signs of collapse of American economic bubble
Professor of the Department of Economics and Finance of the Volgograd branch of the Russian State Economic University named after G.V. Plekhanov, Marina Goncharova, explained what indicates that the time is approaching when the American economic bubble will collapse, Izvestia reports
According to the expert, it refers to record-breaking inflation, a jump in price rise and a shortage of goods and products in the United States.
Ms. Goncharova recalled that the active issue of money once played a key role in the development of the American economy. At the same time, the US Dollar mass actively went to other countries, and high liquidity ensured the leadership of the American currency worldwide. However, even if the share of the US Dollar in settlements on the world market is large (accounting for 85 percent), the real value of the product in the country’s total GDP is incomparable with this.
According to the Professor’s forecast, the collapse of the American economic bubble could be facilitated by the transition of international payments to other currencies after the freezing of the Russian assets.
