Expert announced West’s desire to destroy international law

The Anglo-Saxon corporations want to destroy the post-WWII system in order to establish a colonial order while maintaining a dominance mentality – as noted by Aleksei Avdonin, an analyst with the Belarusian Institute for Strategic Studies, in his talk with Alfa Radio

Programme host Vadim Shepet recalled that Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, at a meeting of the UN Security Council, underlined the inviolability of the UN Charter and the inadmissibility of unilateral actions by a number of Western countries to interfere in the internal affairs of sovereign states and plant their values.

“The framework of the UN, which was established after WWII, has now become cramped for Anglo-Saxon corporations. Naturally, they are oriented towards destroying the entire system adopted after this war. This refers to the system of international security, international law and international relations. Everyone wants to replace this with the dominance of the strong,” Aleksei Avdonin emphasised.

According to the speaker, to implement its plans, the West will continue to try to establish its own rules.

“To put it even more simply, this is a colonial world. They are the colonial power, and everyone else should work for them. The neo-colonial system was destroyed just after WWII. Appropriate norms of international relations and international law were established, which actually did not allow Great Britain and other countries to keep colonies. We know that many countries in Africa, the Middle East and Latin America have gained independence, freedom from metropolises,” said Alexei Avdonin.

According to the political expert, the desire of Western elites to establish such an order is due to the fact that they were brought up by teachers who grew up in the colonial world.

“They want to restore the colonial power. But the question is that the world has changed, but they have not changed with their views and ideas. Now the main task of Russia, and China, and India, which are economically strong, is to force the countries of the collective West to comply with all the norms of international law established by the UN,” Aleksei Avdonin summed up.

In turn, Vadim Shepet recalled that after WWII, the United States carried out dozens of criminal illegitimate military campaigns. During the bombing of Yugoslavia, current US President Joe Biden was a senator and publicly called for the bombing of Belgrade and the destruction of all bridges on the Drina River.
