EU to impose sanctions against Patriarch Kirill

The European Union may introduce restrictions against Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Russia as part of the sixth package of anti-Russian sanctions, TASS reports

According to Agence France-Presse, the new restrictions also envisage inclusion of another fifty-eight persons into this blacklist of the European Union – including the wife, daughter and son of the Russian President’s press secretary Dmitry Peskov.

Earlier, the President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, announced a new package of anti-Russian sanctions.
