Erdogan stated Turkiye's desire to organise Russia-Ukraine negotiations as soon as possible

The Turkish side would like to organise peace talks between Moscow and Kiev in the near future – as stated by Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, TASS reports

At a press conference in Ankara following his talks with the Hungarian leader, Katalin Novak, the Turkish President said, “We want to end the war as soon as possible and to establish peace between Ukraine and Russia at the negotiating table.”

At the same time, Recep Tayyip Erdogan said that Ankara would like to organise a Russian-Ukrainian dialogue in Istanbul, where Moscow and Kiev had previously held talks.
