Emmerson Mnangagwa: President of Belarus’ visit expands and consolidates bilateral relations

The visit of the President of Belarus, Aleksandr Lukashenko, expands and consolidates bilateral relations – as stated by President of Zimbabwe Emmerson Mnangagwa after the talks with Aleksandr Lukashenko, BelTA reports

“We are extremely happy to welcome the President of Belarus to Zimbabwe. Due to the pandemic, we had to postpone this visit twice. And finally, our dear brother was able to make a reciprocal visit. This visit strengthens, expands and consolidates our bilateral relations,” Emmerson Mnangagwa said.

He noted that Belarus provides great support in the mechanisation of agriculture in Zimbabwe, and collaboration is developing across other areas.

“Thank you very much!” the Zimbabwean leader said.
