Eismont: Lukashenko to take part in CIS leaders’ meeting in December

President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko will definitely take part in an informal meeting of the CIS leaders in December – as stated by the Press Secretary of the Head of State, Natalya Eismont, on the sidelines of the CIS Heads of State Council meeting in Dushanbe, TASS reports

“This [Aleksandr Lukashenko's participation in an informal meeting of the CIS leaders] is already a many-year tradition. As soon as the invitation comes, we will definitely accept it," Ms. Eismont said.

During the Heads of State Council meeting in Dushanbe today, President of Russia Vladimir Putin invited the CIS leaders to an informal summit in St. Petersburg at the end of December.
