Educational institutions of Belarus, China signed 800+ co-operation agreements

To date, more than 800 direct co-operation agreements have been signed between educational institutions of Belarus and China, which makes it possible to implement joint scientific and educational projects and organise academic exchanges – as noted during a meeting between Belarus’ Education Minister Andrei Ivanets and Chinese Education Minister Huai Jinpeng, sb.by reports with reference to the Education Ministry’s press service

The parties discussed topical issues of bilateral co-operation, including the implementation of flagship projects and increased exchanges.

According to the Education Ministry, the Belarusian side expressed satisfaction with the intensification of contacts between the countries at the interdepartmental and interuniversity levels. They meet the high-level agreements dealing with the expansion of co-operation with specific projects, as the leaders of the two states pointed out during their meeting in December 2023.
