EDB: Belarus’ economy successfully adapted to new conditions

“We are seeing strong recovery growth. The Belarusian economy has adapted to new conditions, and 2024 looks set to be a good year for the region, despite the difficult external factor,” he stressed.

He also noted that the EDB forecasts aggregate growth for Belarus’ economy in 2024.

“We forecast aggregate growth by 2 percent for next year for the region, which corresponds to the average growth rate over the past 15 years. After successful year of 2023, when aggregate growth was 3 percent, the Belarusian economy grew to 4 percent,” the expert summed up.
