Deputy Information Minister: five countries to crown 32nd Minsk International Book Fair

Belarus, Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Armenia will become central exhibitors of the 32nd Minsk International Book Fair scheduled to be held on March 12th-16th – as noted by Deputy Information Minister Denis Yezersky, sb.by reports

“The forum will open on March 12th at midday, and its location remains traditional: 14 Pobediteley Avenue, Minsk. The key topics have already been outlined. In 2025, Belarus chairs the bodies of the Eurasian Economic Union, so it was decided that a joint stand of five participating countries (Belarus, Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Armenia) will become the central exhibitor. Each of them will be given the opportunity to introduce guests to the exhibition to its cultural and, most importantly, literary traditions. I am sure that all those coming to the show will discover these countries from a new perspective," the Deputy Information Minister said.

The total number of exhibitors is impressive this year. “We have received more than 500 applications. Twenty-one countries have confirmed their participation, including even geographically remote ones, such as the UAE and Cuba," Mr. Yezersky added.
