Denmark promised additional military assistance to Ukraine

Danish Foreign Minister Jeppe Kofod promised to provide additional military assistance to Kiev as he arrived to the Ukrainian capital, RIA Novosti reports

Mr. Kofod said that Denmark had already provided significant assistance to the Ukrainian side, and the country has no plan to stop. "We have already allocated more than 400m Euros as military support, and we will provide more," he tweeted.

The politician did not disclose the sum the Danish government plans to allocate to support Ukraine.

Earlier, the Danish Foreign Minister stated that the country supports restrictions on the issuance of visas to Russian citizens. He believes Russians should not holiday in Europe.
