Date chosen for early presidential elections in Kazakhstan

Early elections of the President of Kazakhstan are scheduled for November 20^th – following a relevant decree of the Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, TASS reports

Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has signed today, September 21^st, a document to hold early presidential elections in Kazakhstan on November 20^th.

Earlier it was reported that the Parliament of Kazakhstan adopted a law on extension of the presidential term to seven years and on return of the name of Astana to the capital.
