The publication refers to a source in the British government whose name isn’t disclosed.

“We will not allow illegal immigrants to return to the UK after deportation,” he said.

Citizens illegally entering the UK by boat are planning to be immediately deported to Rwanda. A corresponding agreement has been concluded with this country. Moreover, the possibility of expelling illegal migrants to other safe states is being considered. After that, they will be banned from entering the UK for a period of 2 to 10 years.

Experts believe that such measures will cause outrage among human rights activists. The publication recalled that the programme to send illegal immigrants to Rwanda, launched by former PM Boris Johnson, was never implemented. This was due to the position of the European Court of Human Rights. Some British politicians believe that the country should withdraw from the European Convention on Human Rights.
