CSTO Secretary General, Head of CIS Anti-Terrorist Centre discussed joint exercises
The CSTO Secretary General, Stanislav Zas, met with the Head of the CIS Anti-Terrorist Centre, Yevgeny Sysoyev, the CSTO website reports
The parties summed up the results of co-operation between the CSTO Secretariat and the CIS Anti-Terrorist Centre in the field of countering terrorist threats in 2022, also discussing plans for 2023. In particular, Stanislav Zas and Yevgeny Sysoyev spoke of the participation of representatives of the two organisations in joint exercises of special forces of law enforcement agencies and special services – conducted both on the basis of the CIS Anti-Terrorist Centre and in the format of the Collective Security Treaty Organisation.
Mr. Sysoyev presented a medal – For Merits in Fight Against Terrorism – to the CSTO Secretary General.
