New Nashi Deti [Our Children] milk chocolate of the President line is already on sale – as informed by Sergei Anyukhovsky, a member of the Council of the Republic and the General Director of Kommunarka JV JSC, in his interview to the First National Channel of the Belarusian Radio 

“We’ve been working on this multi-tasked project for more than two years. We primarily aimed to develop a high-quality product for children and all those who love sweets. There is also a social component: every chocolate bar sold in Belarus envisages a contribution to a charity fund,” Mr. Anyukhovsky explained, adding that more than 20 orphaned boys and girls took part in developing the chocolate packaging design.

The new GMO-free product has an increased content of cocoa and milk and a single chocolate bar can replaces a glass of whole milk. Moreover, special sweeteners – which do not provoke a surge of insulin – were used in production.
