China expects economic recovery in 2023

Vice Premier of the Chinese State Council Liu He said on the sidelines of the World Economic Forum in Davos that this year China expects to see higher economic growth after last year’s slowdown, TASS reports

Liu He stressed that through hard work, China’s economy as a whole is expected to improve in 2023. According to him, there is a very high probability of the return of economic growth rates to a normal level.

The Vice Premier of the State Council of the People’s Republic of China added that in 2023, supplies from abroad will increase significantly, corporate investment will raise drastically, and domestic consumption will return to normal.
