Chemodanova: all conditions created in Belarus for large families
Belarus is doing everything possible so that families with many children become a good tradition – as noted by Olga Chemodanova, the Chairperson of the Minsk city organisation of the Belarusian Women’s Union, as she congratulated Yelena Osina, who gave birth to her 14th baby, Avigeya, at the Mother and Child Republican Scientific-Practical Centre
"Today, all conditions have been created in the country for our children to develop, receive free education, medical care, and feel confident and comfortable,” Ms. Chemodanova emphasised. “Doctors take great care of pregnant ladies, women in labour, and children. Until some time ago, one could only dream of the conditions that are now offered in maternity hospitals and other healthcare institutions countrywide.”
“It is a great happiness for a mother to see a smile of her child. Doctors, in turn, do everything for easy delivery and to ensure that women are happy. Childbirth is paramount. Children make the family stronger and more stable, and, consequently, the nation becomes stronger,” the official added.
The Belarusian Women’s Union handed over care items and cosmetics to the mother and her baby. They were also congratulated by representatives of the Healthcare Ministry.
