BSUIR to develop co-operation with four more Tajikistan universities
At the 3rd Belarus-Tajikistan forum of university rectors this week, the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics (BSUIR) signed co-operations agreements with four Tajikistan universities, the BSUIR press service informed
“BSUIR Rector Vadim Bogush took part in the 3rd Belarus-Tajikistan forum of university rectors that opened in Dushanbe on November 27th. The forum was focused on education as a key factor in strengthening mutual ties and included an official ceremony for signing bilateral agreements between universities. Mr. Bogush signed memoranda of understanding with the Russian-Tajik Slavic University, the Tajikistan Energy Institute, and the Kulob Institute of Innovative Technologies and Management, as well as a co-operation agreement with the Bokhtar Nosir Khusrav State University. The Belarusian side set using scientific potential as a way to raise the education quality further as a key goal for their future productive co-operation,” elaborated the press service.
After the guests visited the exposition showcasing achievements of the Technological University of Tajikistan where the forum was taking place, they had a plenary meeting. There, the BSUIR Rector made a presentation on promising areas of Belarus-Tajikistan co-operation in informatics and radioelectronics education and research.
