Borovik: Facebook and Instagram used to incite ethnic discord

“Any publications and any comments should either be neutral or inspire the audience for a dialogue for a constructive understanding of the situation. Unfortunately, we see that global social networks such as Facebook and Instagram, under the control of the US government, are being used very effectively in a hybrid war aimed at inciting ethnic discord. This is unacceptable, because it leads to escalation,” underlined the expert.
