Belarusian companies interested in India’s human resources potential
The Mogilev branch of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BelCCI) has hosted a meeting with Charge d’Affaires of the Republic of India in Belarus Rajesh Kumar, with the participation of representatives of Kyrgyz-India Global LLC, an Indian company recruiting labour force in India to work abroad. During the meeting, the Belarusian side expressed interest in developing co-operation in this area, sb.by reports citing the BelCCI press service.
Kyrgyz-India Global LLC is a leading provider of staffing solutions, offering a wide range of skilled workers to meet the needs of businesses worldwide. It is registered and approved by the Indian Labour Ministry as a certified overseas recruitment and consultancy agency specialising in the recruitment of Indian workforce.
The meeting was attended by Belarusian enterprises interested in using hired labour from abroad. The participants included representatives of the construction industry, manufacturers of textile and bakery products, construction mixtures and metal products.
Rajesh Kumar noted that co-operation between India and Belarus is developing in many areas and labour force is one of them.
Director General of BelCCI’s Mogilev branch Gennady Cherny pointed out that the branch has experience of interaction with India, and in order to expand trade-economic liaisons between the countries, the organisation of the visit of Belarusian business circles to India in H2 2025 is being worked out.
Mr. Cherny stressed that the topic of hiring labour force from abroad is generally not peculiar to the BelCCI’s activity, but if it is necessary for the Mogilev Region enterprises, the BelCCI is ready to assist in such activities, including online.
During the meeting, negotiations with Kyrgyz-India Global LLC were held, a presentation was made, and the parties discussed issues related to attracting workers of certain specialisation, visa support, and registration. The enterprises agreed to send their requests to the Indian side for further elaboration.
