Belarus’ updated Basic Law is Constitution of a mature society

The updated Basic Law of Belarus is the Constitution of a mature society – as stated by Andrei Krivosheev, the Director General of Minsk-Novosti Agency and Chairman of the Board of the Belarusian Union of Journalists, in his talk with the ONT TV channel, BelTA reports

"The changes and additions mean this is the Constitution of a mature society. This is the key. We have matured so much in terms of politics, social building and agreements between the state, society and businesses, that we can build life for ourselves for the coming decades based on the updated law – without looking back and without imitativeness,” Mr. Krivosheev said.
