Belarus taking part in IDEX-2023 international expo
From February 20th to February 24th, Abu Dhabi is hosting the world’s largest international exhibition of weapons and military equipment IDEX-2023, with Belarus traditionally presenting the united stand of the State Authority for Military Industry – as reported on the website of the Belarusian diplomatic mission
It is noted that this year modern and promising innovative developments of the country’s nine defence enterprises are on display, as well as natural and layout samples of military and dual-purpose goods of Belarusian manufacturers such as Agat – Control Systems, KB RADAR and 140th Repair Plant.
The Belarusian delegation at the event is headed by the Chairman of the State Authority for Military Industry Dmitry Pantus, who held negotiations with the official representatives of the UAE armed forces, as well as with the heads of delegations of a number of countries participating in the exhibition.
On February 21st, Chairman of the State Authority for Military Industry Dmitry Pantus met with UAE Minister of State for Defence Affairs Mohammed Ahmed Al Bowardi to discuss bilateral co-operation.
