Belarus, Russia stated the need to create new arms control system in Europe

Chief of the International Military Co-operation Department, Assistant to the Defence Minister for Foreign Military Policy Colonel Valery Revenko has met with a delegation from the National Nuclear Risk Reduction Centre of the Russian Federation – as reported by the Belarusian Defence Ministry in its Telegram channel

The parties discussed the strategy of bilateral co-operation in the field of ensuring regional security and arms control.

The meeting participants stated the need to create a new arms control system in Europe and reaffirmed the readiness of the defence departments of Belarus and Russia for further close interaction on this issue.
