Belarus, Russia expanding co-operation in aviation

Belarus and Russia are expanding co-operation in the aviation sector, and the countries’ liaisons were discussed at a meeting of Deputy Minister of Belarus’ State Authority for Military Industry Dmitry Pantus and Deputy General Director of the Russian United Aircraft Corporation Alexander Bobryshev organised during the MILEX-2025 exhibition, sb.by reports with reference to the State Authority for Military Industry’s press service

As reported, the meeting was especially relevant in the light of the ongoing Belarusian-Russian co-operation in the aviation industry. Its participants discussed in detail the expansion of industrial liaisons in the manufacture of aircraft components and assemblies for various types of aircraft by Belarusian organisations, as well as new areas of bilateral co-operation.

In addition, Dmitry Pantus held talks with Uralvagonzavod CEO Aleksandr Potapov. The parties discussed issues of co-operation between Belarusian defence organisations and Uralvagonzavod Corporation enterprises, including in the framework of fulfilling state defence orders of the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation.
