Belarus, Pakistan discuss organisation of business forum in Karachi

Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Islamic Republic of Pakistan Andrei Metelitsa has met with Pakistan’s Deputy Minister of Trade Ahsan Ali Mangi to discuss the current state of the Belarusian-Pakistani trade-economic relations, as well as the prospects for their further development – as reported in the Belarusian Foreign Ministry’s press service

“The implementation of the protocol of the sixth meeting of the Intergovernmental Commission on Trade and Economic Co-operation was considered, in particular, holding a meeting of the working group on agriculture, which is scheduled for March 7th this year in an online format, as well as organising the national exposition of Belarus and a business forum in Karachi in March 2023,” the Foreign Ministry said.

The parties agreed on further interaction, including the exchange of information about upcoming exhibitions-fairs and other events that promote trade between Belarus and Pakistan.
