Belarus’ NOC Head congratulates President of Armenian NOC on birthday

The Head of the National Olympic Committee of Belarus, Viktor Lukashenko, has congratulated the President of the National Olympic Committee of Armenia, Gagik Tsarukyan, on his birthday – as informed by the NOC press service

Viktor Lukashenko stressed that Belarusian-Armenian relations have acquired a dynamic and multifaceted character over the period of Gagig Tsarukyan's tenure as NOC President. “You are giving today much energy to the development of the Armenian Olympic movement, promoting a healthy lifestyle, and also making a significant contribution to the education of the young athletes," he said.

In addition, the Head of Belarus’ NOC expressed confidence that the friendship between the two Olympic committees will become even stronger, and their joint efforts will help solve large-scale tasks to popularise sports and Olympic values. Viktor Lukashenko wished Gagik Tsarukyan good health and well-being, prosperity and success, true friends and new victories.
