Belarus names unfriendly countries

On the basis of sub-article 14.2 of Presidential Decree No. 93 On Additional Measures to Ensure the Stable Functioning of the Economy as of March 14th, 2022, Belarus’ Council of Ministers has prepared a list of foreign states – that commit unfriendly actions against Belarusian legal entities and (or) individuals – to protect the country’s national interests

The resolution – posted on the National Legal Internet Portal – enumerates a list of unfriendly countries. Among them are the Australian Union, the EU member states, Canada, Liechtenstein, Norway, New Zealand, Albania, Iceland, North Macedonia, the United Kingdom, the United States, Montenegro, and Switzerland.

The resolution comes into force on the date of its official publication.
