Belarus launched combat readiness inspection of its Armed Forces

On April 3rd, on behalf of the Head of State, combat readiness inspection of the Armed Forces of Belarus was launched – as reported by the Belarusian Defence Ministry in its Telegram channel

The defence department underlined that these measures are comprehensive and are carried out in order to determine the ability of commanders to manage subordinate military units and subunits when they are brought to the highest degree of combat readiness, as well as to check the readiness of military units to perform tasks for their intended purpose on time.

The general management of the inspection is entrusted to the State Secretariat of Belarus’ Security Council.

The Defence Ministry also noted that during the inspection, the movement of military equipment is planned, and a temporary restriction of the movement of civilian vehicles on public roads and terrain is possible.
