Belarus launched combat readiness inspection of its Armed Forces on March 24th
Today, March 24th, the State Secretariat of Belarus’ Security Council, acting on the instructions of the President of Belarus, Aleksandr Lukashenko, has started an inspection of the combat readiness of Belarus’ Armed Forces, sb.by reports with reference to the Belarusian Defence Ministry
It is noted that the personnel of one of the military units will have to carry out a set of measures to prepare equipment and weapons for the performance of combat training tasks, including the loading of material and moving to one of the Armed Forces’ ranges.
In the future, the units involved in the inspection will have to carry out engineering, camouflage, security and defence measures in the designated area, as well as to perform test firing with standard weapons.
In order to create a combat-like situation, taking into account the experience of modern military conflicts, both attack and reconnaissance UAVs, as well as aviation, will be used.
The Defence Ministry pointed out that during the inspection, the movement of military equipment is planned, and that the movement of civilian transport on public roads and land may be temporarily restricted.
