Belarus, Kyrgyzstan ready to enhance military liaisons

Belarus’ Defence Minister, Lieutenant General Viktor Khrenin, met with the Defence Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic, Lieutenant General Baktybek Bekbolotov, in Moscow – as reported by the Defence Ministry’s Telegram channel

At the meeting, the parties discussed prospects for development of liaisons in the military field and approved a plan of bilateral co-operation for 2023 between the two states’ defence ministries.

In addition, the ministers noted that bilateral military co-operation has a great potential and prospects for its development.

The parties expressed interest in further strengthening military contacts.
