Belarus, Kazakhstan discuss prospects for interaction in information analysis sphere

The Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Republic of Kazakhstan, Pavel Utyupin, met with the Director of the Kazakhstan Institute for Strategic Studies under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Yerkin Tukumov – as reported by the press service of the Belarusian diplomatic mission in Kazakhstan

“During the conversation, the parties discussed the state and prospects for the development of bilateral co-operation in the information analysis area, as well as the possibility for Kazakh partners to hold a number of joint events with the Belarusian Institute for Strategic Studies,” noted the Belarusian embassy.

Pavel Utyupin and Yerkin Tukumov shared their views on topical issues on the international agenda. Moreover, the participants of the meeting discussed the results of the meeting of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council, held on February 24th-25th, 2022, in Nur-Sultan.

“Ambassador Pavel Utyupin informed the Kazakh side about the results of the nationwide referendum on the amendments and additions to the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus. The state and prospects for further development of bilateral relations were also considered, with an emphasis placed on the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Belarus and Kazakhstan, which is celebrated in 2022,” stressed the Belarusian diplomatic mission in Kazakhstan.

Belarus and Kazakhstan established diplomatic relations on September 16th, 1992.
