Belarus, Indonesia to set up working group for agricultural co-operation
Belarus and Indonesia held a meeting of a joint commission on trade, economic and technical co-operation in the format of a videoconference – as reported by the Belarusian Foreign Ministry’s press service
As informed, the sides discussed a full range of issues of bilateral co-operation with an emphasis on the development of liaisons in industry, agriculture, pharmaceuticals, science, education, tourism, digital economy and creative industry.
During the meeting, the delegations confirmed their mutual interest and focus on creating favourable conditions for further expansion of trade, economic and investment ties. It was also decided to set up a working group in the field of agriculture; its first meeting will be held as part of Belagro-2022 International Agricultural Fair.
