Belarus handed over large batch of ‘better than NATO’ individual medical kits to Russian military

Belarus has handed over a large batch of individual first-aid kits to the Russian military – as informed by the State Secretary of the Security Council, Aleksandr Volfovich, following a visit by the President of Belarus, Aleksandr Lukashenko, to the 230th combined arms training ground Obuz-Lesnovsky, where the Russian part of the joint regional group of troops is located

“Medical first-aid kits have been developed exclusively at Belarusian enterprises and comprise Belarus-made articles,” Mr. Volfovich said.

At the training ground, the Head of State noted that Belarus had thoroughly studied different individual medical kits – of NATO, Poland, Ukraine, and Russia. It turned out that Western-style first-aid kits are more practical. With this in view, doctors and the military were instructed to make a high-quality Belarusian first-aid kit. The corresponding task was set by the President at the same training ground in October 2022, when he got acquainted with the domestic developments of the military-industrial complex.

“It took them a couple of months to make a first-aid kit that is better than the NATO one. In battle, this is a person's life. It is necessary that our guys have everything they need at hand. We will be improving further," Aleksandr Lukashenko said.
