Belarus’ gold and foreign currency reserves up by 1.1% in October

As of November 1st, 2022, according to preliminary data, international reserve assets of Belarus totalled the equivalent of $7,589.8m – as reported by the National Bank of Belarus on its website

Over the past month, gold and foreign currency reserves increased by $86.5m (1.1 percent) after rising by $39.2m (0.5 percent) in September.

The National Bank drew attention to the fact that starting from August 2022, information on the volume of international reserve assets is published on the official website of the National Bank without detailing their structure, as well as indicating the factors that influenced their change.
