The Head of the Emergencies Ministry noted that many countries and politicians have repeatedly turned to the US government with a request to explain the existence of biolabs on the territory of Ukraine.

“Russia addressed the United States with an official statement. They asked for clarification about biological laboratories in Ukraine. There was no answer. Let us recall the statements of the Chinese partners who asked the Americans to explain what [these laboratories] are researching, what they want to achieve. The US also did not respond. Isn’t that something to worry about? We must study this issue and be fully prepared. It is also necessary to be prepared for all kinds of fake news, which do exist.”

According to Mr. Sinyavsky, our country has a stable state system for responding to emergencies, “This is not only the Ministry of Emergency Situations, it is the Head of State, the Government, a developed system of interaction with various state bodies, regional executive committees.”

According to the Minister, today there are 25 full-time operational and chemical units in the Emergencies Ministry, which are faced with the tasks of responding and eliminating emergency situations. There are also 13 non-staff units, “This means that the district departments for emergency situations carry out the tasks that have always been performed, but in addition to everything they are trained how to act in case of radiation and chemical contamination. Specialists are equipped, with necessary special equipment and tools.”
