Belarus’ e-pavilions to open at seven more Chinese platforms

Yuri Senko, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the People's Republic of China, met with the Director General of the Industrial Park Development Company, Li Zhonghan, to discuss the results of co-operation achieved in 2022, including promotion of the project of Belarus’ national pavilions on Chinese electronic platforms, the Belarusian diplomatic mission reports

The parties discussed the co-operation plan for 2023. Ambassador Yuri Senko stressed that, despite the complicated epidemic situation, bilateral liaisons in the field of e-commerce are actively developing.

Li Zhonghan noted that, in the first six months of the national pavilions’ operation, the number of subscribers among Chinese consumers amounted to over 670 thousand people, and the total number of views exceeded 3m.

As informed, a ceremony of presenting approvals for the opening of electronic national pavilions of Belarusian goods at seven new electronic platforms took place as well during the meeting.

Since July 2022, Belarus’ national pavilions have been operating on the Douyin and JD.com electronic platforms.
