Belarus and Pakistan enhance liaison
The Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, Andrei Metelitsa, has met with the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Pakistan, Muhammad Tariq – as informed by the Foreign Ministry’s press service
The parties discussed certain steps to implement the agreements reached during the fifth round of political consultations at the level of deputy foreign ministers of Belarus and Pakistan, including the preparation of important bilateral events and meetings at various levels.
Special attention was paid to the preparation of a visit of the Speaker of the National Assembly of the Parliament of Pakistan, Asad Qaiser, to Belarus – scheduled for September 2021. Work of a joint commission on trade and economic co-operation was also discussed.
