Belarus’ ambassador took part in inauguration of Colombian President
The Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Colombia, Nikolai Ovsyanko, took part in the inauguration ceremony of President Gustavo Petro – as reported by the Belarusian diplomatic mission in Colombia
Earlier, Belarus’ President Aleksandr Lukashenko sent congratulations to Gustavo Petro on his election, stressing that Minsk is interested in deepening political liaisons with Bogota.
During the event, the Belarusian diplomat talked to the President and Vice President of Colombia. He emphasised a significant potential for development of bilateral relations, primarily in the economy and trade.
Mr. Ovsyanko also met with the appointed members of the Cabinet and foreign delegation heads.
