Belagro-2025 results summed up: Belarus demonstrated its strength

The 35th International Specialised Exhibition – Belagro-2025 – came to an end, and Agriculture and Food Minister Yuri Gorlov stated Belarus had shown all its might during the agricultural forum

“This year, the exhibition has proved to be at its best as never before. Our colleagues, manufacturers and visitors will remember it. A large number of agreements were signed, and they will be implemented in the future to ensure further development not only in Belarus, but also in all countries that participated in Belagro-2025,” Mr. Gorlov said.

Representatives of 21 friendly states took part in the Belagro-2025 exhibition at the level of official delegations (which was nine more than in 2024), including Azerbaijan, Botswana, Venezuela, Ghana, Egypt, Zimbabwe, Qatar, Kenya, Colombia, Cuba, Mozambique, Mongolia, Togo, Uzbekistan, Iran, Pakistan, India, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, China, and Tajikistan. The AgroSCO exposition worked on a large scale as well.

"We are very grateful to our colleagues for coming and showing everything they are proud of in their countries – despite the geographical distance,” Mr. Gorlov said, emphasising that 545+ companies have taken part in Belagro this year, while over 500 pieces of machinery and equipment used by farmers, livestock breeders and food producers formed the exposition. The exhibition area totalled 38.8 thousand square metres.

“The Republic of Belarus has shown its power, consistency and technological efficiency – as noted by foreign guests, among others,” Mr. Gorlov drew attention. “Belarus is known all over the world, and our exhibition confirmed that.”

In its jubilee year, Belagro changed its location and was held at the Minsk International Exhibition Centre. The new spacious site made it possible to hold the Belarusian agro-industrial forum in an expanded format.

“The new site has proven itself well, and the feedback from participants and visitors is positive,” Mr. Gorlov noted. “Everyone notes that this is a place of attraction, where lucrative contracts are concluded and important contacts are established. All this will continue to move our country along the path of creation and development. Thanks to the support of our President Aleksandr Lukashenko, agriculture and industry will keep pace with the times and achieve the desired results.”

During the closing ceremony of Belagro-2025, the Agriculture and Food Minister presented commemorative medals and diplomas to the participants of the exhibition.
