According to the Foreign Ministry’s website, Belarusian exports to this country primarily rely on tractors, trucks, internal combustion engines, tyres, spare parts, agricultural machinery and equipment. The leading exporters of Belarusian goods include Belagromash JSC, Minsk’s Tractor Works (MTZ), Minsk’s Automobile Works (MAZ), Minsk’s Motor Works (MMZ), and Beltyre JSC. Belarus’ imports from Cuba mostly cover medicines. High level of political relations between the countries and the potential demand for Belarusian goods on the Cuban market continue to be favourable factors for the development of trade-economic relations.
