Baltic States agreed to restrict entry of Russians

Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania have reached an agreement in principle to restrict the entry of Russian citizens – as announced by Latvia’s Foreign Minister Edgars Rinkevics, RIA Novosti reports

As informed, the Baltic States have agreed to restrict the movement of Russians across their borders with Russia and Belarus. Exceptions are planned only for truck drivers, diplomats and citizens crossing the border for humanitarian and family reasons.

Mr. Rinkevics said that the Baltic governments will officially announce the restrictions in the coming days.
