Automated system for appeals to be launched

In 2022, an automated system will be launched in Belarus to deal with appeals from citizens and legal entities – as informed by the Deputy Head of the President Administration, Doctor of Law Olga Chupris

While addressing participants of the 7th international conference – Information Technologies and Law, she explained, “This project is being developed and will be implemented at the initiative of the President Administration. The new system will enable any citizen who submits an application to track the review process at each stage, while getting information into a personal account on where and at what stage the administrative procedure takes place. Upon completion, the citizen will be notified that a prompt answer will be sent soon.”

According to Ms. Chupris, the automated system for dealing with citizens' appeals has already been tested. All preparatory work is to complete by the end of the year and, in 2022, the system will be put into operation.
