Aryna Sabalenka remained second in updated WTA ranking

The Women’s Tennis Association (WTA) has published an updated world ranking, with Aryna Sabalenka being placed above all of the Belarusians, still retaining the second position

Victoria Azarenka remained in 16th place, while Aliaksandra Sasnovich lost one position and is now placed 38th.

The top ten has not undergone any changes and now looks like this: 1. Iga Swiatek (Poland). 2. Aryna Sabalenka (Belarus). 3. Ons Jabeur (Tunisia). 4. Jessica Pegula (USA). 5. Caroline Garcia (France) 6. Corey Gauff (USA). 7. Maria Sakkari (Greece). 8. Daria Kasatkina (Russia). 9. Belinda Bencic (Switzerland) 10. Elena Rybakina (Kazakhstan).

In the rating published by the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP), only Ilya Ivashka (among Belarusians) still enters the top-100, who has risen one line and is now placed 74th.

In the top 10 of the men’s rating, as well as for women, there were no changes compared to the previous version, with Serb Novak Djokovic taking the lead and followed by Carlos Alcaraz (Spain), Stefanos Tsitsipas (Greece), Casper Ruud (Norway), Andrei Rublev (Russia), Rafael Nadal (Spain), Felix Auger-Aliassime (Canada), Taylor Fritz (USA), Holger Rune (Denmark) and Hubert Hurkacz (Poland).
