Apple Feast Day celebrated

The two-day charity open-air workshop – Zaslavl Feast Day – was recently held on the territory of the ancient Cathedral of the Transfiguration of the Saviour in the Minsk District for the fourth time. Following a tradition, the event was organised during the Christian holiday of the Transfiguration of the Lord and the national holiday of the Saviour of the Apple Feast Day. Works of the open-air workshop participants were bought by the festival guests to support sick children.

This year, Metropolitan Veniamin of Minsk and Zaslavl, Patriarchal Exarch of All Belarus, also attended the celebrations.
